Recruitment
Our company follows a transparent method for recruitment. The process of hiring starts with the inputs from customer on the competencies required. Our experienced HR department, short lists candidates from their extensive database of engineers with varying skill profiles. First level of short-listing is done based on a detailed profiling of the engineer based on their competency and personality. The short listed candidates go through a thorough technical interview and subsequently put for technical evaluation by the customer (if desired). Once they pass all the desired steps, they are offered the job.

Training
We have a policy of continuous up-gradation of skills of our resources by way of internal training on new technologies. We have a fully fledged training center in Delhi & Coimbatore which provides both theoretical and practical training on RF engineering (GSM and CDMA) and Software Training for Telecom industry. Moreover we also arrange for training from vendors whose equipment is to be deployed/ used on mutually agreed terms.
