He has spent last 18 years in development and deployment of 2G and 2.5G cellular systems (GSM, GPRS and CDMA) in UK, India, Singapore and Malaysia for companies such as Motorola and Tata Infotech. Over the years, Rupinder has held numerous management positions ranging from engineering management, project management to business head with overall division responsibility including business development, sales, operations and P&L. During his work with Motorola R&D in UK, he has been awarded 3 patents in microcellular algorithms for GSM.
2. Rajesh Tripathi
Rajesh Tripathi has more than 10 years of experience in IT and Telecommunication in various disciplines of Radio Network Planning, Capacity dimensioning and RAN Optimization (Nokia-Siemens, Ericsson, Nortel & Motorola) and BSS & OSS systems. His Strong techno commercial skills have led to victory in completing optimisation project for NSN-Idea Delhi Network with best KPI/NQI in India. Over few years he has successfully completed time based optimization projects in China, Phillipines, Srilanka, Italy and Germany.
3. Vivek Kamboj
Vivek Kamboj is a HR professional having experience in resourcing, resource mobilization and operations. Having worked exclusively for telecom industry, he has a thorough understanding of skill sets needed by the cellular vendors and operators and availability of trained manpower throughout India.
4. Ujwal Aima
Ujwal has expertise in marketing, project management and resource management for on-site and offshore installation and maintenance projects. For the past 6 years, his role has been to develop business for IWS. His extensive networking skills add tremendous value to IWS and have enabled us to grow our business with NSN, Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent and other vendors.
5. P. Ssathish
P. Ssathish is a techno commercial professional experienced in handling Time based and Tasked based Projects. His skills in understanding the requirements of the customer and executing the projects have led to many successful projects. For the past 5 years he has been managing projects and the overall operations of South India.
